Delete your Raahmitr account

Applies to the Raahmitr customer app and the Raahmitr driver app.

Option 1 — in the app (instant)

1. Open the Raahmitr app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out on all devices.

Option 2 — by email

If you no longer have the app, email support@raahmitr.com from the email address on your account, or include the phone number you signed up with. We will verify that the account is yours and delete it within 7 days, then confirm by reply.

What is deleted

• Your name, phone number, email address, date of birth and GSTIN
• Saved addresses, notifications and your sign-in credentials
• For drivers: identity and vehicle documents (the uploaded files themselves), selfie and bank details
• Any unused referral wallet balance

What is kept, and why

Records of past bookings, payments and invoices are kept with your personal details removed, because Indian tax (GST) law requires us to retain invoices, and because they are also the records of the other party to each trip. They no longer identify you.

When deletion can't happen yet

• A booking or trip is still in progress — complete or cancel it first.
• Drivers with unpaid earnings — contact support to be paid out first, so no money is lost.
